Step Up Career Mentorship Program is a mentoring program held by the Department of Personal and Career Development (PDK) for 3 weeks. This time, the Step Up team collaborated with 27 inspiring mentors from various fields, ranging from Consulting, Start-Up, Engineering, IT, Entrepreneurship, and Consumer Goods.
During the mentoring program, 91 selected mentees had the opportunity to have 1:1 discussions with mentors from their industry of interest and interact with other mentees in mentoring groups.
In addition, mentees had the opportunity to participate in 3 exclusive Summits, namely ‘Kickstart Your Career in EU & Germany’ with Tyas Varga (Global Acquisition Manager at Global Savings Group), ‘Fundamentals of Interview’ with Ali Bahtiar Sirry (EMEA Recruitment Team at Endress+Hauser), and ‘The Art of Personal Branding’ with Fathia Fairuza (content creator, MA Candidate in Human Rights at Columbia University).
After 3 weeks full of insights, the Step Up Mentorship Program by the Department of Personal and Career Development ended with a Graduation Party on Friday, May 19, 2023. It was a fun learning process and hope to meet you all again soon!
